Before using our Design Your Own services, please take note of the following disclaimer:

  • We reserve the right to not print any content that contains profanity or pornographic material. This is in accordance with our company's values and standards.
  • When uploading your own photos, please ensure you have all the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute these images. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringement caused by the customer's actions.
  • The quality of the image provided by the customer must meet print standards to ensure a high-quality final product. You will be alerted if the quality is insufficient.
  • Returns will only be accepted for printing and material defects.

At SP Connect, we are proud to offer high-quality print-on-demand services to our customers. However, we are also responsible for ensuring that the content we produce is in line with our values and legal standards. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in helping us to maintain these standards. So we ask all of our customers to comply with this disclaimer when using our services.

Shipping & Returns - FAQs

Shipping:

We deliver our goods to all EU countries and other countries, upon request.   Usually the goods are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You will be informed by an e-mail about delays.  If the delivery to the address given is not received, you have to pay for unsuccessful delivery.

Important:
Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:
  • complete (including all parts)
  • unused
  • undamaged
Of course you can try out the items - just like you are allowed to in any store - without reducing your right to return the goods.
