- We reserve the right to not print any content that contains profanity or pornographic material. This is in accordance with our company's values and standards.
- When uploading your own photos, please ensure you have all the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute these images. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringement caused by the customer's actions.
- The quality of the image provided by the customer must meet print standards to ensure a high-quality final product. You will be alerted if the quality is insufficient.
- Returns will only be accepted for printing and material defects.

Returns & Refunds
SP United offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases*. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Simply reach out to our Customer Support Team via the Returns Request Form below with your order number to get started. All returns should be sent back to our warehouse in Austria, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For customers within the EU, we’re happy to offer free returns as part of our guarantee. If you're based outside the EU, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you with any questions or assistance you may need during the process.
*Design Edition Phone Cases & Custom Products are excluded from this guarantee.
Returns Policy:
So you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back?
That is entirely possible with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if the item/s is/are:
- in the original packaging
- unused
- undamaged
- resell-able condition
Trying out the product can lead to the item/s being in a “used” state and possibly returning them to us in an unsellable condition. In such a case you have to compensate for the loss of value - which in turn means: we can't reimburse you for the full purchase price. This also applies if you don't send the items back at all or send them back partially. You can avoid the liability of compensating for the ‘loss of value’ if you don't use the item/s and refrain from anything that affects the value before you decide that you wish to return them.
To arrange a return please submit a request form with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you with details on where to send the returned item/s.
Refund Policy:
Once we have received your item/s and inspected them, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.
